Greenspire Capital LLC is a privately-held real estate investment company that pursues an opportunistic acquisition strategy focused on multi-family and mixed-use properties in the Chicago area and select markets in the Midwest. We target existing B & C-grade apartment properties that combine current cash flow with a value-added component.
